NextGen Kids

An adventure where children, birth to 6th grade, learn about Jesus on their level.

Here at the Mount, your child won’t have a chance to be bored!  Newborns through 6th graders have a ton of fun as they learn about Jesus through worship, age-specific lessons, and a variety of exciting activities.

Nursery and Preschool

NextGen Kids newborn through kindergarten meet at the same time as our 10:45 Worship Gathering on Sunday mornings.  So while you are enjoying the worship and teaching in the Main Sanctuary, your kids are experiencing God in their language!

Our Nursery and Preschool classrooms are securely located in the NextGen Hall in the educational wing of the Mount and require Check-In.  Anyone on our hospitality team can get you to where you need to go.

We currently do not offer kids ministries in our 9:00am traditional service.

Kids on the Mount (Elem)

Using age-specific curriculum, our teachers deliver fun and memorable teachings from the Bible that make it easy for your child to learn. Your kids will have a blast while learning about Jesus.

Kids 1st through 6th grade worship with the adults in the Main Sanctuary during our 10:45am blended worship gathering and are then dismissed immediately following worship.  Kids are encouraged to worship together along with our Kids Leaders in the front left section of the sanctuary.

We currently do not offer kids ministries in our 9:00am traditional service.

NextGen Tribes

Our Wednesday night NextGen Tribes are super-sized, high energy, and power-packed with services geared for kids and teens alike.

Every Wednesday night we serve dinner, play games, watch funny videos, and do improv skits or put on a puppet show.  Then we worship together and break into small groups (called Tribes) to learn about Jesus and how to be His disciples.

Kids have the opportunity to earn points by inviting a friend, bringing their Bible, and giving an offering.  They can also earn points by memorizing Scripture, remembering the Word Up (a weekly phrase that goes along with the teaching), and participating in the Life Challenge (a challenge that is encouraged to happen throughout the week).  Points can be used to shop in our Tribal Store throughout the quarter, or cash those points in for a night out with our Tribal Leaders.

Parents are invited to participate in the service with their kids or are more than welcome to attend one of the Bible Studies happening on the lower level of the Mount.

Dinner begins at 5:45pm.  Service officially starts at 6:30pm.
